Consider the annexation case from the City of Waleska for 6.37 +/- acre property into the City of Waleska for the development of 3 single-family detached homes.

Consider the deannexation case from the City of Holly Springs for approximately 1.71 acres located at 722 Peardon Court.

Community Development Agency - Grant Agreement for Intern.

Consider adopting a grant agreement from ACCG for a summer intern in the amount of $4,395.00 on behalf of the Community Development Agency.

Resolution Authorizing the Submittal of RAISE Grant Application.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the Community Development Agency to submit an application to the U.S. Department of Transportation Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Grant Program for the Old Highway 5 Corridor Operational and Mobility Project in partnership with the cities of Canton, Woodstock, Holly Springs, and Ball Ground with a local match commitment.

Consider approval to purchase two (2) Ford Bronco Sport SUVs from the two lowest quotes, one from Lake Hartwell Ford in the amount of $33,257.00 and one from Atkins Ford in the amount of $33,280.00 for a total amount of $66,537.00 for the Recreation and Parks Department.

Consider approval to purchase (5) Chevrolet Tahoes from Hardy Automotive in the amount of $204,790.00 for the Sheriff's Office.

Consider awarding the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) System Upgrade - Phase I project to SHI for the total cost of $84,230.30.

2022 Post-Audit Budget Amendment.

Consider 2022 Post-Audit budget amendment in the total of $6,074,980.00 which includes a savings of reserves to the Conference Center Fund of $348,709.00 and a use of reserves to the General Fund, Jail Fund, RRDA Fund and various other funds of $962,990.00. Other expenses are covered by unbudgeted revenue totaling $5,460,699.00.

Probation Services Budget Amendment.

Consider budget amendment in the amount of $121,283.00 from Probation Services to increase salaries to provide for an additional probation officer and an additional drug testing technician.

Consider approval of a standard Construction Services Agreement with Crown Service Contractors for construction renovations and additions to Fire Station 18 in the amount of $1,399,500.00, and a 15% County controlled contingency.

Second Round of Awards of County Federal ARPA Funds to Non-profit Agencies.

Consider second round of awards of County Federal ARPA Funds to Non-profit Agencies for one-time capital projects for a total of $2,500,000.00.
